Asking the right questions

As these were two videos (Tony Wagner and Ellen Galinsky), I will create a question about both videos. The question is - What do both videos have in common?

Making a comparison, I can find that both (Wagner and Gilinsky) have more in common than differences, which are that Tony Wagner focuses on the future getting a job while Ellen Galinsky focuses on skills for life. In both cases, they are talking about skills to young people; however, all these skills are helpful for everybody. For example, Wagner explains how it is important to have the initiative as an entrepreneur, which is particularly important but not an essential skill for everybody because life needs entrepreneurs and people who work for them. In common are the rest of the points, as is critical thinking, collaboration, agility, adaptability, effective communication, and taking the challenge. Asking questions is an excellent way to solve problems by yourself. Therefore, I try to drive my students to answer questions by themselves in my classes. This is a way to facilitate and stimulate their critical thinking. These fundamental learning issues must be well driven to create and innovate strategies. Therefore, I considered that the idea is to include all these for the future and life skills in our innovations strategies to develop a good complement and reach the objective goal with the students. It is why these questions.
