Starting to study after so many years away from the student's chair is not easy. Nevertheless, it is sometimes essential to sit on the other side and feel what others are feeling. My initial sentence is very true. Every day reading, watching videos, and analyzing concepts and proposals, I was able to go to the bottom of the topics and make those part of my knowledge.
When I started this master's, the goal was to understand more and how technology can be implemented in classrooms since, from my experience, I see and feel that students enjoy more and learn through the use of technology. Sometimes it becomes a bit expensive to implement all these virtual resources; however, the goal is reached with practice.
1. Getting Started – ePortfolio
Accepting the challenge led me to understand the purpose of creating a portfolio, of interacting with colleagues and teachers. So now I feel safe and with the necessary bases to implement a portfolio or virtual resources.
All articles were driving my thoughts, and I am finding the way. Now I comprehend those connections are significant and digital evidence to build my ePortfolio.
Finally, I figure out the most important is to combine practical ideas that permit an overlook modern with valuable tools—all this depends on the platform you pick up to build your ePortfolio.
It is very satisfying to see that my expectations from the beginning of the course are being met and even more so that I have reached the objectives.

1. Creating a Culture of Helpfulness & Growth Mindset
A single word and action leave us much to understand and learn.
"Yet" after the videos I saw, this word stopped being just a word to become the key to overcoming obstacles. Adopting the growth mindset changes the way to think. Once adopt a growth mindset, accept that the learners think differently; they have other skills, IQ, and individual characteristics for learning.
The opportunity to teach these with a growth mindset is unlimited, and the only concern should not be the grades. Learners need to know that making mistakes is not bad; since making these, they can see what was wrong in finding the correct answer and experience solving problems in daily life. Taking the risk allows us to innovate and determine how far we want to go or how want to go. I found comments from several of my classmates such as Shay Arnold.
