- Technology for Everyone -
Through the teaching process, teachers must overcome many obstacles, but mainly we find ourselves daily with the need to improvise our routines. Although these are well-called routines, each student perceives them differently, so we must constantly reinvent ourselves. Therefore, it has been very gratifying to find in the course of this year that my practical ideas have supported and improved with the teachings of teachers and reading a lot about it.
Attracting students' attention is a daily challenge that I enjoy to the fullest since I can explore my passion for Technology and transmit to my students everything that I am learning and improving in practice with them. Moreover, the creative and changeable thinking of students is a great motivator to help them grow as independent people capable of solving problems that come their way; making the best decisions, and being autonomous, because definitely, this is what modern times bring - autonomy - not just for make whatever you want, it is for making good decisions for life.
Through this academic process, I investigated and to carry it out, I first had to read a lot about the topic that I chose as the course of my project, and this is the implementation of Blended Learning with Station Rotation model; The result of all these readings and search for information is reflected in the Rough Draft - Grow Bilingual Students Creating Blended Learning Station Rotation, which was presented to my groupmates for their feedback, resulting in the following comments.

After making the necessary corrections and taking into account the comments that my colleagues gave me in the feedback, I proceeded to publish this to complement my studies through the M.Ed. ADL I have published the Rough Draft on Academic.edu, illustrating how Blended Learning can be implemented in classes regardless of the topic that you want to teach, it is useful for all teachers who take on the challenge of changing their minds and getting in tune with the technological generation that we are growing up.to help those students who are falling behind. The Rough Draft is published under the name Rough Draft - Grow Bilingual Students Creating Blended Learning Station Rotation.

Blended Learning Discussion
Talking about a specific topic creating a video is a complete challenge—our group of colleagues at M.Ed. ADL, we have started working under the premise of implementing Blended Learning in our classes, and it allows me to further expand on the topic on which I have been working in the Innovation Plan. Blended learning was the only topic that we had clear and sure to start because we read a lot about the subject throughout this academic year. Then the process began by deciding the platform in which we would work; several were proposed, such as Facebook, where we started our group; later, we tried with GroupMe, but it never worked correctly; we could not be in the same group at the same time. Finally, after staying with Discord, which worked well for everyone, we could share our documents and experiences and reach a final consensus. For the video in general, we did not doubt that the best digital resource to have the discussion was Zoom, the platform in which we had our conversation.
Although the five of us are teachers, we are each in different teaching areas, which was great as we could share our thoughts and experiences about Blended Learning and how we have implemented it in our classes through a friendly discussion.
In the discussion of Blended Learning, we talk about our own experiences, such as - what was missing from the class that motivated us to try Blended Learning or what the inspired: The idea of implementation based on looking at something new. Understanding and explaining to students how to get information through the internet and determine if these are bad or not and satisfy the students' curiosity. On the other hand, they were trying to meet students' needs and keep them focused in their activities because students show low interest in working. The last motivation was students' opportunity to see the videos how many times they need or want.
The challenges or obstacles that each one faces in implementing the Blended Learning model - The biggest challenge was recording videos, mainly when the pandemic started because most of us have to learn or do not have enough experience to produce material to give students online. Another obstacle came from families who argue about technology in-home or internet access.
What are the benefits of Blended Learning implementation - it was the best opportunity to get data more accurate and, therefore, based on the data, drive the appropriate instruction according to students' needs. Also, students feel more comfortable working at home and watching videos or activities with freedom of time or anywhere. Otherwise, students can share their learning, read, give opinions, and help others. Work in small groups and have discussions; easy to grade any activity or quiz and then provide the proper intervention. Students are more independent working in the different activities.
What Technology resources find the most useful when implementing Blended learning model - One of the most useful is Google docs and forms; email - discussion board - videos with youtube study - Ras-kids - Education Galaxy - Nearpod - Learning Ally - screencastify - Kahoot, and the platforms that Districts provide.
Type of support of pushback received from administration or colleagues - The school districts we work for expect results from each teacher, providing support such as Technology or the internet. However, they are not in classes giving initiatives or creating anything for the courses; this is optional for teachers and individuals. Regarding colleagues, this is a little more friendly sharing information, especially among all seeking a common good for students to achieve growth and fulfillment of objectives.
Blended Learning is an approach to education, not a single learning strategy. Blended Learning is regularly associated with simply supplementing conventional classroom learning with self-paced e-learning exercises. More recently and after the onset of the pandemic, the educational value of offering blended learning openings has received considerable acceptance, and the term has advanced to encompass a much richer set of learning approaches and situations. Today Blended Learning can refer to different learning strategies, various learning situations, different learning styles. To conclude, I can say that Blended Learning provides adaptability in learning for both students and teachers. The integration of virtual and physical settings empowers both educators and students to become learners, but this is often more successful when there is institutional support through the provision of competent Learning and acceptance and application by part of directives and families.
