As teachers, we seek to touch the feelings of our students to achieve academic growth. We constantly talk about how to create a culture of learning in our classrooms and the needed changes. The most important thing is to analyze these students and be in tune with their tastes and desires, which were very different years ago. It is logical that changes occur and are required since we live in a world of cycles, and it is time to change that cycle of teaching and adapt to new generations. Therefore, we need to make our students feel motivated to learn. However, we often neglect to show them how to develop as autonomous beings, giving them the necessary space. We must remember daily that we are creators and trainers of a learning culture that requires constant growth and renewal so as not to fall into monotony and decision.

Therefore, the educational system requires a change since students are evaluated under the same standards, not individualizing their characteristics and personal development. The way to achieve change must be day by day, that when others see it they want to follow us and thus acquire the new digital learning system where C.O.V.A. prevails, and our students are motivated to change their minds from the heart. Therefore, believe in what he does and be inspired to fulfill his role autonomously, reaching his goals without being left behind. We are indebted to the students, and it is time for a significant change, abandoning the classical to modernize the system.
