Being uncomfortable usually happens to people afraid of facing new experiences or thinking it is easier to continue being bad or worse. However, it usually occurs in many life situations and requires decision and enthusiastically facing new challenges to get out of this discomfort. "a known evil is better than an unknown good." Often, students think getting answers is easier for them in other ways than the teacher, and then it is time to listen to the student and see how effective the system they are using is, and perhaps it is easier for the student and me as a teacher. If, on the contrary, I listen to them and I can show them how it will work or not. Listening to a student can be uncomfortable when they say it inappropriately, but if they present the idea saying that they have a different way, or that they learned from home or anywhere the other way; There is no reason to feel uncomfortable on the contrary, learning from them is interesting too. I usually encourage my students to use technology in my classes. However, they always take advantage of my teaching by doing things faster or finding shortcuts which I always learn from them. Depending on the students' mindset, they will learn that making mistakes is a great way to learn; although people do not want to fail, it is the first step. Commonly when we make a mistake, we fail a test, we pay more attention the second time, or we are forced to review what we have learned and understand why we failed and what should be changed. So definitely, mistakes are a way of learning, and it leads us to more profound knowledge. Seeing that a student is involved with the class, participates, and feels motivated is the best satisfaction you can have as a teacher; even with these students who have other ways of learning, it is more difficult to find their way. However, if these students show interest and desire to learn with it, they make them feel satisfaction and willingness to continue working to find better resources and ways to grow their minds.
Finally, Learners must understand that taking risks in life is necessary, and not everything will remain static for them throughout life. For this reason, we as teachers must help them understand that facing situations is normal throughout life and that the important thing is to find the best solution, whether it is or not. It is not about finding the correct answer; it is about risking finding the solution to grow your mind.
