Before reading and understanding portfolios, I saw them simply as a means of transmitting some data or information to others. However, after thinking about starting my portfolio, I understand that it has a person who wants to convey more than information, a person who is looking for others who share similar interests. These portfolios allow students: to go deeper into what they want to convey, which generates higher evaluations; help students foster a more heightened sense of self; share it with their colleagues, bosses, and family; and also showcase the achievements of students when they pursue a position.
One of the benefits of using ePortfolios is that it allows for organized reflections to help you examine your learning encounters to discover and understand results. Methodical thinking is necessary for an electronic portfolio so you can display the learning results clearly and dynamically. I hope that whoever is viewing my ePortfolio finds my thoughts and feelings. The initial purpose of this portfolio is academic initially, but I desire to continue providing feedback with my professional advances later.
